Shipping policy
How is shipping charged?
- Since our products vary greatly in size, shipping price is figured at check out.
- We ship pieces as soon as they are cut out and you can expect your package to be delivered within a week of shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions on your order.
- We us USPS shipping for the smaller items and UPS shipping for the larger metal goods.
- We will consider international shipping - if this is of interest to you please email hlguesthandmade@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your location.
- Custom orders may be canceled prior to being cut out and stock orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Please contact us immediately if you have decided not to use us for your project.
