Custom Choices And Add On's

Start With Our Customization options: 

1) We cut single sheets up to 6 foot by 12 foot with materials including:

  • mild steel (most common)
  • P&O
  • stainless steel
  • AR500 (used for strong shooting targets)

2) We are able to cut a wide range of metal thicknesses:

  • 16 gauge - indoor use or perfect for layering
  • 14 gauge - indoor use or outdoor use when properly secured
  • 10 gauge - excellent for outdoor use
  • 3/16" - heavy duty used for welding on pipe, gate, or entrance.

Note: if doing multiple layers, these uses can be adjusted (ie. a double-sided sign using 16 gauge will come out to 3/16" in thickness which is heavy duty for outdoor use) - contact us and lean on our expertise if you are unsure.

3) Choice of metal finish

  • Raw Steel (varies from silver to black - paintable)
  • Classic Rust
  • Powder Coat - not offered in-house at the moment, but can get a quote from our partners to make this happen
  • Stainless Steel 

4) Choice of layered styles

  • Single Layer
  • Multiple - Recessive
  • Double-sided

5) Display Options

  • Holes for hanging
  • Slits for hangers
  • Chains for hanging
  • Stakes to push in the ground
  • Poles welded to set in concrete

Simple Ordering Process

1. Submit inquiry in form below for a quote.

2. Pay half of the quote to start design process.

3. Pay remainder of cost to cut out the confirmed design.

4. Recieve your custom metalwork by pickup, delivery, or shipment.

Pricing

Base prices are given above, but custom pricing is figured on 3 points:

1) Project size and use - this will determine the material used
2) Project design - this will determine the time spent designing and building your unique project
3) Project finish - raw steel (able to paint yourself if you desire) versus powdercoating

Shipping

Most of our custom metal signs ship for $15 flat rate.

Larger projects such as our firepits, cookers, and framed signs are available for local pickup, delivered up to 100 miles from Wheeler, Texas (79096) for $100, or we are happy to quote a shipping/delivery rate for your unique project and location. Return policy

First of all, if you are considering a return that means you are a customer. Thank you for purchasing from us, we are always happy to have a customer and will do whatever we can to please you.

That being said there are a few things we want to make clear:

- Custom items will not be eligible for exchange, but we will make sure you are happy with the design before proceeding with any custom orders.

- Any wrongs that we have made will be made right, we're not here to trick anyone.
